Job Summary:

Monitor and maintain all IT hardware across HO and stores to ensure zero downtime in billing and operations.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Support - Setup & troubleshoot POS, PC, Printer, Scanner, CCTV, Biometric in stores
- Network:Ensure: LAN/WiFi connectivity between stores and HO ERP

Asset Management: Maintain IT asset register, do verification, and track AMC

- Store Visits - Attend breakdowns and do preventive maintenance
- Reporting:Submit daily issue report and monthly IT expense MIS3

Education / Qualification

- Education: Diploma / BCA / http://B.Sc IT
- Experience: 1-2 years in IT Hardware + Network. Retail experience preferred
- Skills:POS, PC, Printer, LAN, Troubleshooting, Asset handling
- Other: Willing to travel
