Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of retail branding projects, including display units, signages, and BTL activations. The role involves coordinating between clients, design, production, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end project execution for retail branding, displays, signages, and BTL activities
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project planning and execution
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Track production timelines, dispatch, and site installations
- Ensure quality control at all stages of production and execution
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, updates, and delivery schedules
- Manage logistics, including transportation and site coordination
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Skills

- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of retail branding,



BTL activities, and fabrication processes
- Ability to manage vendors and negotiate effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in advertising agencies, retail branding companies, or fabrication units
- Knowledge of materials like acrylic, metal, wood, printing, and signage fabrication
- Basic understanding of design drawings and production processes
