As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior professionals




- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations, Workforce Planning
- Strong understanding of data integration and API development
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
