PLC Programmer / Automation EngineerExperience

- 2 to 5 Years (Junior to Mid-Level)
- Experience in EMS, Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Fixture Automation is preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and fixture automation. The candidate should be capable of developing, commissioning, and troubleshooting automated machines and fixtures using XINJE and Delta PLCs while supporting production automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC programs for automatic and semi-automatic machines and fixtures.
- Design and develop HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring.
- Read DFM, SOPs, and process flow documents to develop machine logic.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and electrical devices into automation systems.
- Perform machine commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting during trials and production.




- Develop sequence logic for multi-station fixture automation.
- Implement Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing) solutions.
- Optimize machine cycle time and improve automation efficiency.
- Maintain PLC and HMI program backups and documentation.
- Prepare I/O mapping, machine sequence documents, commissioning reports, and validation reports.
- Support production teams in resolving machine breakdowns and automation-related issues.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Design and Production teams during machine development.
