About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and disciplined Martial Arts Coach to train students of all age groups. This is a great role for freshers who are passionate about martial arts and want to build students in our community. You’ll be responsible for conducting classes, ensuring student safety, and helping us grow our program.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Classes: Plan and lead daily martial arts training sessions for kids, teens, and adults

Skill Development: Teach techniques, forms, sparring, self-defense, and fitness drills based on your style

Student Safety: Ensure a protected training environment. Warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention are a must

Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress, conduct belt tests/grading, and provide feedback

Workshops & Events: Represent the institute in school demos, tournaments, and self-defense workshops

Admin Support: Maintain attendance, communicate with parents/students, and help with institute promotions





Requirements

Belt Rank: Minimum [Black Belt 1st Dan] or equivalent in Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, MMA, etc.

Certification: Coaching certification preferred, but freshers with competition experience will be considered

Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers with good demo and teaching ability are welcome

Skills: Good communication, patience with kids, discipline, and team player attitude

Physical Fitness: Must be able to demonstrate techniques and lead high-energy classes
