Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Floor Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations in our Sheet Metal Almirah Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of fabrication processes and be capable of managing manpower, production targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and production plans.
- Allocate work efficiently and manage shop floor manpower.
- Maintain product quality and minimize rejection and rework.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools,



and materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain discipline and enforce safety practices on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Experience in MS Fabrication, MIG/Arc Welding, Shearing, Bending, and Assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Problem-solving ability and focus on production efficiency.
- Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety practices will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Steel Almirah, Sheet Metal Furniture, Engineering, or Fabrication Industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
