About the Role

Technixia Automation Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, have prior telecalling experience, and be confident in handling customer interactions professionally. Candidates with previous experience in an Automation, Electrical, Industrial, or Technology company will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily call reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams whenever required.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidates only.




- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Experience in an Automation company or Industrial products company will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or near New Town, Kolkata will be preferred
- Solid communication and convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
