KJC Design Build is a leading Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm delivering premium residential, commercial, and turnkey construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Drafting Civil Engineer who can independently prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil working drawings, structural coordination drawings, and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Develop foundation plans, column layouts, beam layouts, slab layouts, stair details, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material schedules.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client feedback.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and execution teams.
- Support site engineers by resolving drawing-related issues during construction.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable IS Codes, building standards, and local regulations.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering




- 4–8 years of experience in civil drafting and construction documentation
- Experience in residential villas, apartments, commercial buildings, and turnkey construction projects

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Revit (Preferred)
- Civil 3D (Added Advantage)
- Microsoft Office
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation
- Knowledge of RCC detailing and construction methodology

Job Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
