About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Production & Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily production activities for our premium kids fashion brand. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth workflow across purchasing, material management, tailoring, embroidery, finishing, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate overall production activities and daily workflow
- Manage purchasing and follow-up of fabrics, trims, accessories, and production materials
- Ensure timely availability and movement of materials within departments
- Coordinate with tailoring, embroidery, finishing, and quality-checking teams
- Monitor production timelines and ensure orders are completed on schedule
- Track production progress and maintain order status records
- Handle production planning and task allocation
- Identify operational issues and ensure smooth execution of work
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process




- Coordinate with management regarding production updates and requirements

Requirements

- Experience in garment, apparel, boutique, or fashion production is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
- Basic understanding of fabrics and garment production processes
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and order tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
