Job Responsibilities

- Job Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning
- To carry out machine installation, commissioning, testing and pre- dispatch trials at Factory.
- To carry out machine re- installation, re- commissioning and FAC trials at Customer site (Domestic and International).

2. Service Support

- Trouble shoot operational and functional problems reported by customers by visiting the customer site OR remotely through phone or modem connection.

3. Documentation

- Prepare commissioning, testing and trial records, daily progress reports, service reports and FAC.

4. Customer Handling

- Maintain professional etiquette and communication with the customer, handle grievances with tact and maturity.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience (Mandatory):

· Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in commissioning and service of machines, preferably web handling machines such as Rotogravure Printing, Lamination and Slitting Rewinding machines.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

· Understanding of electrical schematics, switchgears, sensors, PLC panel wiring, and safety circuits.

· Basic knowledge of machine control loops, tension control, and position control.

· Familiarity with AC drives, PLC, SCADA/HMI screens.

Soft Skills:

· Logical approach towards trouble shooting.





· Must be customer centric and result oriented.

· Extrovert, with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Ability to deliver under pressure.

· Willingness to travel for 15- 20 days/ month.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

- Diploma /B. Tech /B.E in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
- Industrial automation course from a reputed institute.

Other Skills:

- Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation engineer with good academic background and interested in building a career in the field of machine automation, commissioning and field service.
- Must have completed Industrial automation course covering Drives, PLC, HMI and SCADA from a reputed institute.
- Positive understanding of Electrical Drawing and Ladder logic.
- Must be familiar with the basics of Electrical and Electronics control and components.
- Extrovert, with good communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and PPT.
- Passionate about traveling and networking.
