- Excellent communication skills
- L1/L2 support experience with European client
- Experience in any batch management tool
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated
- ITIL Experience would be a huge plus.
Desired technical skills:
- Scripting in PowerShell, Perl etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ORACLE database
- Windows Server
