The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team by coordinating customer communications, maintaining sales records, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in a professional manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Prepare and draft professional emails to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Update and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Handle customer calls and provide timely updates.
- Work with Tally for basic sales-related entries and documentation.




- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination activities.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Professional Email Drafting
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good typing speed
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
