We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our facility.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that the gym, spa, studios, locker rooms, reception, offices, and common areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to luxury standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of:
- Gym floor
- Locker rooms
- Shower areas
- Steam rooms & wellness rooms
- Reception Front Desk
- Cafeteria/Pantry
- Cabins
- Common areas
- Maintain housekeeping checklists and daily reports.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, customer service, and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Facility, Maintenance,



and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high standards of staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate or below (preferred).
- Certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in:
- Luxury Gym
- Five-Star Hotel
- Premium Wellness Centre
- Luxury Club
- Corporate Facility

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards.
- Inventory and stock management.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.

Working Hours

- Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Weekly off as per company policy.

Salary

Best in the industry (based on experience and qualifications).

Facility Executive / Operations Manager

- Facility cleanliness score above 95%.
- Guest satisfaction with housekeeping services.
- Timely completion of housekeeping schedules.

- Effective inventory management with minimal wastage.
