We at Radha by Rapid Rashmi are looking for the Store Manager. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and tracking all saree inventory for Radha – Rapid Rashmi.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation standards.
- Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling suggestions, and purchase decisions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

3. Team Management

- Supervise and manage store staff and sales associates.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
- Support in staff training and onboarding.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper inventory handling and storage.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.
- Minimize stock loss and damages.

5. Billing & Cash Handling

- Oversee billing processes and cash transactions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with accounts/admin team for daily sales updates.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and operational updates.
- Share daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and store performance.
- Support in planning promotional activities and store events.

7. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

- Ensure sarees/products are displayed attractively and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate product arrangement for launches, festive collections, and campaigns.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail store management, fashion retail, saree stores, boutique operations, or lifestyle brands preferred
