Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.




- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at all stages.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and resource planning.
- Monitor project costs and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.
