Hiring: Billing Engineer – Interior Projects

Intermarc is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with robust knowledge of MB Book preparation, ApxTrak, and interior project billing.

Work Responsibilities

- Preparing and maintaining MB Books and measurement records.
- Working efficiently on ApxTrak and other billing software/tools.
- Preparing RA bills, final bills, contractor bills, and billing documentation.
- Verifying site measurements and coordinating with project & site teams.
- Strong understanding of interior works, BOQ, drawings & specifications.
- Ensuring accuracy in quantities, reconciliation, and billing processes.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–4 years in billing, preferably in interior projects.
- Good knowledge of billing procedures, MB entries, and rate analysis.
- Strong project understanding and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation ability.
