Position: Garment Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities
- Source garments and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Follow up on sampling, production, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate inspections.
- Maintain vendor relationships and identify new suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product development and order execution.
- Prepare merchandising reports and maintain production records.
- Ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in garment merchandising or sourcing.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
