Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Kannada (Mandatory) along with English and should be willing to relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR policies and maintain employee records.

Required Skills





- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad and willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Languages preferred:

- Telugu
- Kannada
- English
