Job Title: System Administrator

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Direct Reports: General Manager – Operations

Job Summary

Ensures smooth functioning of all computer systems, networks, and software applications to support daily hospital operations.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology.

2. 3 to 7 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in a hospital.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operation of servers, databases, and network systems.

2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

3. Perform regular system backups and ensure recovery procedures are effective.

4. Resolve IT issues quickly to avoid disruptions in clinical and administrative workflows.

5. Work with hospital teams to optimize and customize healthcare software.

6. Implement and monitor network and data security protocols.

7. Configure firewalls, antivirus,



and encryption tools for system protection.

8. Create and manage user accounts with appropriate access levels.

9. Train staff on secure and proper use of hospital IT systems.

10. Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.

11. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized IT support.

12. Ensure proper integration of third-party systems and applications.

13. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Other Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor indemnity agreements to protect the organization from legal and financial risks.

2. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) based on operational needs.

3. Ensure all duties are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with hospital policies

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
