We're looking for passionate and qualified German Language Trainers to join academic team and deliver engaging, high-impact language instruction across our Kalimpong and Guwahati centers.

Key Responsibilities

Language Instruction

- Deliver structured German language training across levels A1 to B2
- Use interactive, practical, and learner-centered teaching methodologies to keep students engaged

Curriculum & Content Development

- Design and implement lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to different proficiency levels
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and ongoing academic planning

Certification Preparation

- Prepare students for international German language certifications (Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, etc.)
- Build exam-readiness through targeted practice and mock assessments

Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

- Conduct regular evaluations to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance records, performance data, and training reports

Classroom & Virtual Session Management

- Manage both in-person and virtual classrooms effectively




- Foster an engaging, disciplined, and supportive learning setting

What We're Looking For

Education: Graduate with B2 German Certification (minimum); C1 Certification preferred

Experience:

- 1–3 years of German language teaching experience (A1 to B2 levels)
- Teaching or work experience in Germany is a strong added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong command of spoken and written German
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective classroom management abilities, both in-person and virtual
- Genuine passion for teaching and student development
- Ability to design interactive, engaging lesson sessions

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
