Job Description:

- Salesforce Admin activities to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).
- Org Setup,
- Process Automation with Flows,
- Approval Processes etc.,
- Workflow/Process Builder migration to Flows,
- Analytics using Reports and Dashboards,
- Tableau Analytics,. User Management,
- MFA,
- Data migration using data loader/workbench etc.,
- Monitoring activities logs,
- Case management and escalation rules,
- Duplicate Management,
- Milestones and Entitlements,
- Forecasting,
- Installing and managing App Exchange packages.

- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements. Asynchronous Apex. Scheduling Jobs.

- Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components

- Integrations:




- Managed API integrations and web services,
- Handled SOAP/Restful Web Service consumption for fetching content from the internal web server,
- Connected Apps/ Trusted Sites/ OAuth,
- Maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as [additional applications e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp, Slack etc.]

- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy recent/updates to existing applications and code.

Skills:

- Hands on experience with Salesforce communities (Experience cloud), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Salesforce best practices: maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
- Exposure to deployment tools like changesets and ant. Knowledge of CI-CD pipelines preferable.
