Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum (Based on experience and expertise)

Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Head to manage Company Incorporation, ROC filings and corporate compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Companies Act, MCA procedures, ROC compliances and basic taxation.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Operations Head

Direct Reports: Compliance Executives / ROC Executives (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

· Handle Private Limited, LLP, OPC and Section 8 Company Incorporation.

· Prepare incorporation documents including SPICe+, MOA, AOA, AGILE and related MCA forms.

· Manage ROC annual filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR, INC, PAS and other MCA forms.

· Ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.

· Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.





· Coordinate with clients for documentation and approvals.

· Review compliance documents before filing.

· Provide basic guidance on GST and Income Tax related matters.

· Monitor compliance timelines and maintain MIS reports.

· Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Accounts teams.

Educational Qualification

· MBA in Finance (Preferred)

· M.Com / CS Inter / LLB will be an added advantage.

Experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Company Incorporation and ROC Compliance.

· Experience in a CA Firm, CS Firm, Compliance Company or Business Consulting Firm preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A compliance professional with strong knowledge of Company Incorporation, ROC filings, MCA procedures, Company Law and corporate compliance, capable of delivering accurate, timely and compliant services.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
