We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hardware Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support internal teams with daily IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about computer hardware, networking, and technical support.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with installation and configuration of desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other hardware.

· Perform routine maintenance of systems including cleaning, upgrades, and component replacements.

· Troubleshoot hardware issues related to systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.

· Set up new systems and ensure they meet required specifications and company standards.

· Support software installations and basic networking tasks in collaboration with the IT team.

· Respond to user-reported issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

· Maintain inventory of IT assets, tools, and spare parts.





· Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranties, or procurement.

· Document support activities, issue resolutions, and configurations for future reference.

Requirements:

· 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT hardware support or system maintenance.

· Basic understanding of hardware components, networking, system assembly, and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), antivirus, and software installation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Willingness to work flexible schedule when required

Educational Qualification

· Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or equivalent.

· Certification in hardware & networking (like CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
