- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS).
- Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to identify quality issues and defects.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety norms, and customer specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and quality-related issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Maintain calibration records and inspection equipment status.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
