Role description
As an SA-RM, you will work directly with the business and own responsibility for a particular unit within a service line or location or as defined by the function-specific service line. You will own the business metrics for this group operationalize RM strategy for them. Some of the key deliverables will be:
Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments, bench management, demand-supply gap management.
Own governance and review of all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics data research, analysis, and reconciliation.
Build a network with the business leaders, managers. Conduct regular practitioner connects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics.
Conflict management of schedules, smooth rollover planning.
Accurately process all forecast updates within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; to include individual resource updates, engagement updates, and/or ad hoc requests.
Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability.
Connect with U.S. based C&RM; team and/or U.S. based Client-facing staff on an ad hoc basis to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly.
Responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, forecasting is timely and accurate.
Reports to be prepared on a regular basis using Excel and other reporting too
