Job Summary

We are look Store Assistant is responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue of materials, stock maintenance, documentation, and inventory control. The role ensures smooth material flow to support production activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Receipt & Storage

- Assist in receiving raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Verify materials against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
- Ensure proper material identification and labeling.

Material Issue

- Issue materials to production departments against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain records of all material issues and returns.
- Assist in tracking material consumption.

Inventory Management

- Maintain stock registers and bin cards.
- Support periodic stock verification and stock audits.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices.

Documentation

- Material Inward Register
- Material Issue Register
- Bin Cards




- GRN Records
- Stock Register
- Material Return Records
- Update inventory records accurately and timely.

Housekeeping & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Report material shortages and discrepancies to the Store Incharge.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Knowledge of stock handling and material identification.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/Tally preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.

Educational Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
