Position : VP Techno-Commercial – Knits Processing

Location : Tirupur

Unit Capacity : 12 Tons Processing Unit

Job Purpose :

To lead the techno-commercial operations of the knits processing division by driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and expanding market presence across domestic and export segments.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing & Business Development :

· Drive business development and customer acquisition in knit processing

· Build solid networking and customer relationships in and around Tirupur

· Handle key customer discussions, negotiations, and commercial activities

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for business growth

Operations & Production Management :

· Oversee end-to-end processing operations and production performance

· Ensure production planning, quality standards, and timely delivery

· Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and process performance

· Coordinate closely with production, quality, and commercial teams

Techno-Commercial Leadership :

· Manage commercial planning, costing, and profitability initiatives

· Support pricing strategies and business expansion activities

· Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and management





· Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Team & Customer Management :

· Lead cross-functional teams across operations and marketing

· Maintain strong customer satisfaction through service and quality excellence

· Build long-term business relationships with buyers and exporters

Key Skills Required:

· Strong hands-on marketing skills in textile processing industry

· Excellent networking capabilities in and around Tirupur textile market

· Strong knowledge of knits processing operations and production management

· Good exposure to business development and marketing strategies

· Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer handling skills

· Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities

Experience Requirement:

· Minimum 15–20 years of experience in textile processing industry

· Strong exposure in knit processing, operations, and marketing functions

· Experience handling domestic and export customers preferred

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Textile / Engineering / Business / Commerce

· MBA preferred
