CADDESK, Green Park Institute is a leading training center offering professional courses in CAD, Engineering Designs and Technology. We aim to guide students toward successful academic and career pathways through quality training and dedicated support services.

Role Overview

The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their academic/career goals and recommending suitable courses offered by the institute. The role includes student interaction, admission support, follow-ups, and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about courses, training programs, fees and career outcomes.
- Counsel students based on their educational background, interests and qualified goals.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic queries and online leads.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and orientation programs.
- Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.
- Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams for smooth functioning.




- Assist with admission processes, documentation, and fee collection.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and partners.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events, when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: Education, Psychology, Business, or related).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and guide them accordingly.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
- Positive attitude and student-friendly approach.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service
- (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Salary

- Based on experience and institute norms.
