Job Summary

Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and energetic Courier Operation Executive to manage daily courier operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling loading and unloading activities, shipment sorting, dispatch coordination, and ensuring the safe movement of parcels while maintaining operational accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform loading and unloading of courier parcels safely and efficiently.
- Sort, scan, and segregate shipments according to destination routes.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile, valuable, and time-sensitive consignments.
- Coordinate with hub staff, drivers, and delivery executives for smooth dispatch operations.
- Verify shipment details before loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing consignments.
- Assist in vehicle loading to maximize space utilization and prevent parcel damage.
- Ensure all shipments are dispatched according to company timelines and operational standards.
- Report damaged, missing,



or misrouted parcels immediately to the Operations Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading area.
- Follow company safety guidelines during material handling and operational activities.
- Support inventory checks and parcel reconciliation whenever required.
- Assist in resolving operational issues to ensure uninterrupted courier movement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Graduation in any discipline.

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, or transport operations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform physical loading and unloading activities.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil or English.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of shipment handling and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in rotational or evening shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
