Scope and responsibilities-

To receive purchase indent / requisition and prepare procurement plan. Allocate purchase indent / requisition within purchase team and get the PO prepared with comparison statement wherever is needed. Issue PO to vendor and do the follow up till material is received and approved for quality and quantity. To develop existing supplier as per company requirement for cost, quality and credit options. Identify new vendors for cost, quality, supply and credit options. Conduct periodical assessment of vendors and ensure all quality parameters are satisfied. Negotiation with all vendors and finalizing the rates. Everyday planning and coordination of material for sites as per requirement. Provide support during tendering process. Coordinate with Project Manager / Projects Engineer / Projects Supervisor and ensure timely support is provided for execution of project. Coordinate with stores to ensure material is delivered on site smoothly. Coordinate with accounts department for vendor payments. Provide instruction to stores for preserving costly material and issue as per requirement and maintain reports.



To compile and provide reports related to complete indent and pending indent. To provide details related to purchase order issued and provide payout guidelines. Reconciliation of each and every material as per sites / Projects. Maintain stock of material and reporting to the upper management. Purchase bill verification and documentation. Filling new BOQ as per purchase rates. All other documentation and responsibilities associated with material purchase. Daily reporting of everyday work progress with the higher management. Attending weekly office meetings and monthly reporting of project progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
