e are looking for an experienced AC Mechanic with expertise in VRF/VRV systems and Chillers to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems within the hospital. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in maintaining critical cooling systems required for patient care areas.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
Monitor HVAC performance and optimize system efficiency.
Diagnose and rectify breakdowns promptly.
Maintain temperature and humidity levels as per hospital requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and annual maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records and equipment logs.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs is mandatory.
Hospital experience is preferred.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems.
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Preventive maintenance planning.
Good communication and teamwork
