Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall sales performance and operational efficiency of a branch office. This role involves driving sales growth, achieving targets, developing and coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong sales background and a passion for developing talent and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals, including setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing ongoing training and development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering solid relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Oversee daily branch operations,



ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in product and service offerings.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve complex issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure the branch maintains a high standard of operational risk management and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Actively participate in community events and local business associations to promote the branch and build a strong local presence.
