Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission process.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families, providing a positive and informative experience.
- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, school presentations, education fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
- Review applications and supporting documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate interviews with prospective students and parents, where applicable.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective families, providing regular follow-ups and application status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions activities in the admissions database/CRM.
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.
- Collaborate with the Principal, Head of Admissions, Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.




- Develop and distribute admission-related materials, including brochures, newsletters, and information packs.
- Utilize social media and digital communication platforms to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Represent the school professionally at external events and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid interpersonal and counseling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in school admissions or the education sector.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement is an added advantage.
- Passion for working with students and parents and delivering an exceptional admission experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
