Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Location: Corporate Office- Murthal, Sonipat(Haryana)

Job Summary:

Mannat Group of Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials across our hotels, restaurants, and cafés. Candidates with experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate procurement of food, beverages, packaging materials, housekeeping supplies, engineering items, and other operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, invoices, and supply chain documentation.
- Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, cafés, stores, and vendors for smooth material movement and timely deliveries.
- Compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), purchase records, and inventory reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly procurement and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Work closely with the Accounts, Store, and Operations teams for invoice verification and payment coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management.
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, retail, or FMCG experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
