Position: Relationship Manager – Mutual Fund & SIP

Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable, experience and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow our wealth management business. The ideal candidate will specialize in SIP planning, mutual funds which helps in providing investment guidance, and ensure seamless customer support through our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Understand client financial goals, investment horizon, and risk appetite

Provide personalized investment advice and financial solutions

Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes based on client profiles

Promote and manage Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) for clients

Assist clients in portfolio creation, review, and diversification

Monitor portfolio performance and suggest timely rebalancing strategies

Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and fund performance

Handle customer queries through app, calls, emails, and other channels





Support clients in onboarding, KYC, transactions, and app usage

Resolve client issues promptly and ensure a seamless experience

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into active clients

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mutual fund and wealth management field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field

Mandatory certification: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification)

Strong knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and financial markets(Mandatory)

Understanding of asset allocation and risk profiling

Familiarity with fintech apps / CRM tools

Skills:

Client relationship management and advisory mindset

Problem-solving and customer handling ability

Sales and negotiation skills

Robust knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and financial markets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
