1. Client Consultation

- Meet brides, grooms, and families to understand preferences, culture, and budget
- Suggest styles (lehenga, saree, gown, sherwani, etc.)
- Provide styling advice (colors, embroidery, fabrics)

2. Design & Customization

- Create original bridal designs or modify existing collections
- Sketch concepts and select fabrics, colors, and embellishments
- Work on traditional + modern fusion styles

3. Measurements & Fittings

- Take accurate body measurements
- Conduct trial fittings and make adjustments
- Ensure perfect fit before delivery

4. Coordination with Tailors & Vendors

- Supervise stitching, embroidery, and finishing
- Work with karigars (artisans), fabric suppliers, and embroidery units

5. Store & Collection Management

- Maintain display collections in the boutique
- Update designs based on trends and seasons
- Ensure garments are ready for walk-in mall customers

6. Sales Support

- Assist walk-in customers in choosing outfits
- Help convert inquiries into sales
- Meet sales targets (common in mall settings)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
