About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Education Counsellors to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning program while driving admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in EdTech or B2C Inside Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
