Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years (Mandatory experience in Paints, Thinner, Sealer, Primer, or related products)

Job Summary:- Anand Paints is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the paints industry. The candidate should have prior experience in selling paints, thinners, sealers, primers, and related products, along with the ability to develop dealer networks and generate business from the market.Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and sell paints, thinners, sealers, primers, and related products.
- Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractor networks.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Visit hardware stores, paint dealers, builders, contractors, and painters regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Follow up on payments and collections from customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.




- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Paints, Thinner, Sealer, or Construction Chemicals industry.
- Strong knowledge of paint products and market dynamics.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management and field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.

Education

- MBA in Sales & Marketing

Compensation

- Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Candidates who have worked with paint manufacturers, paint dealers, thinner manufacturers, sealer manufacturers, or related building material companies will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
