Job Summary

We are looking for experienced HR Hiring Managers with expertise in bulk blue-collar recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offer releases, and ensuring successful candidate joining. This is a target-driven role with attractive performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar technical and non-technical roles.
- Achieve a minimum target of 30 successful candidate joins per month.
- Source candidates through Apna, Indeed, JobX, Naukri, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and local databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive employee referral programs and improve referral conversions.
- Develop partnerships with ITIs, Polytechnics, Skill Development Centres, and colleges for campus hiring.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and channel partners for continuous candidate sourcing.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with client HR teams.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Track recruitment activities through daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Minimize offer dropouts and manage timely replacements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 30 successful joins every month
- Healthy offer-to-joining conversion ratio
- Low replacement rate
- Timely interview coordination and candidate closures

EligibilityEducation

- Graduate in any discipline

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in blue-collar or bulk recruitment
- Experience hiring ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, and non-technical workforce
- Hands-on experience with job portals, referrals, vendor management, and campus hiring
- Fluency in the local language of the respective location is mandatory

Skills Required

- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
- Experience handling bulk hiring targets
- Vendor and campus relationship management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with hybrid work and client/site visits
