Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Negotiate salary and manage the offer process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills





- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/IT Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting hiring targets.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical positions.
