Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive who can independently manage multiple social media platforms, create engaging video content, run Meta Ads, and handle SEO activities. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow 3–4 social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Handle Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Conduct video/photo shoots and independently manage basic video editing.
- Create engaging and creative content according to current social media trends.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Handle SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and improving website visibility.




- Monitor social media and SEO analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve online presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels and video content creation.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
- Experience managing 3–4 social media handles simultaneously.
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Strong creative, communication, and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
