Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage engineering and infrastructure projects, including Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Projects. Candidates with experience in MEP projects, commercial buildings, railway projects, industrial projects, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

● Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

● Manage project execution from initiation to commissioning and handover.

● Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

● Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.

Budget & Cost Management

● Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.

● Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

● Implement cost-control measures and optimize project resources.

Resource & Team Management

● Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.

● Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

● Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders involved in project execution.





Stakeholder Management

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

● Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.

● Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Risk, Quality & Compliance Management

● Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

● Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements.

● Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.

● Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

● Track project schedules, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

● Prepare project reports, MIS reports, and management presentations.

● Coordinate project testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

● 8–10 years of experience in Project Management.

● Experience in MEP Projects, Commercial Buildings, Railway Projects, Industrial Projects,

Infrastructure Projects, Utilities, or similar engineering projects.

● Candidates should be willing to work on Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment,



STP, ETP, and related environmental projects.

● Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

● Experience in contractor management, vendor coordination, and site execution.

● Familiarity with safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance requirements.

● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
