Responsibilities:

You are required to have:

1. Advanced Excel Expertise

- Extensive hands-on experience (3 to 5 years) in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, conditional formatting, array formulas, and data visualisation techniques.
- Ability to design and maintain complex spreadsheets, create dynamic models, and ensure data integrity for decision-making.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to extract insights from complex datasets from different data tables

2. Power BI – Automation and Dashboard Development

- Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in connecting multiple data sources, transforming data using Power Query, creating measures and calculated columns using DAX, and delivering insightful visual analytics.
- Ability to automate data refresh processes and deploy dashboards for real-time business intelligence.

3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Campaigns and Journey Management

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for managing and executing marketing campaigns.




- Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimising journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Strong understanding of real-time data synchronisation between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for accurate campaign targeting and reporting.

4. Google Analytics & Digital Marketing Tools

- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analysing web traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing tools such as social media analytics platforms to support end-to-end marketing strategies.

Requirements

- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum four years of experience in a similar role.
- High analytical ability, is a must.
- Adept in critical thinking and ability to suggest alternatives
- Solid communication skills, both written and oral.
