Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Stibo (STEP) Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, workflows, business rules, Web UI, APIs, imports/exports, and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Stibo STEP data models, workflows, Web UI, business rules, and privileges.
- Develop technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Create and manage imports, exports, Smart Sheets, and integration endpoints.
- Customize and maintain workflows, business rules, and libraries.
- Migrate configurations across multiple environments.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure high data quality and system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP.
- Experience working on at least 2 Stibo implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Data Modeling
- Attributes & List of Values (LOVs)
- Business Rules & Libraries
- Workflows & Web UI
- Stibo APIs
- Imports, Exports & Smart Sheets
- User Groups & Privileges
- Integration Endpoints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for Data Quality and Master Data Management (MDM).
