We are looking for a detail-oriented Budgeting Executive / Budget Analyst to support the organization's financial planning and budgeting activities. The role involves preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and providing financial insights to ensure effective cost control and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
- Collect and analyze budget inputs from various departments.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and identify variances.
- Prepare budget forecasts, revisions, and MIS reports.
- Analyze budget deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support cost control and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
Preferred Experience: Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost Analysis, MIS Reporting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
