Position: UX Designer

Job Description

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs, meeting assigned estimates for each feature.
- Resolve design problems and devise elegant, practical, and effective solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and current, functions and features.
- Provide guidance on user experience best practices and future direction.
- Clearly and effectively communicates design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of feature design, styling, interactions, and approach.




- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a framework that fits with the Lone Oak Solutions development and research processes.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Requirements

- An ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and share a sense of urgency.
- The capacity to thrive in a small, flexible and dynamic environment, contributing to a high performance, low-stress corporate culture.
- Minimum 1 year of UX design experience.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as AdobeXD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and/or Framer.
