Job Title: BPO Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled BPO Trainer to train, mentor, and develop customer service executives. The candidate will be responsible for conducting induction training, product and process training, refresher sessions, and monitoring employee performance to improve productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct current hire induction and process training.
- Deliver product, sales, and soft skills training.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments and mock calls.
- Identify training needs and conduct refresher sessions.
- Track trainee performance and share feedback with management.
- Prepare training materials, reports, and attendance records.
- Ensure employees meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a BPO Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
