- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and evaluate protective equipment.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to OSHA, local, and national safety regulations; prepare incident reports and maintain compliance records.
- Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety drills, educational workshops, and regular safety talks for staff.
- Incident Investigation:



Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans (e.g., fire drills).

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in occupational health, safety management, or a related field.
- Certification: Valid safety competency certificates (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Experience: Typically, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized safety management software.
- Competencies: Robust communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
