- To Achieve the Sales Target by leading and driving Sales team, after converting leads to walkins and walkins to Enrollments.
- Responsible for the Training, Induction & Retention of Sales Team Members
- Ensuring compliance of all Center SOP

Required Candidate profile :
- Candidate with minimum 3-5 years experience in Slimming /wellness/ Beauty industry.
- Should have very good Sales, communication, Team Management, Client Interaction
skills.
- Should be willing to work on weekends. Weekday Off

Salary : 40K salary + 20K incentive per month On Sales Team Target Achievement.
