We are hiring an HR Recruiter Trainer to train and mentor recruitment teams on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
The candidate will be responsible for onboarding recent recruiters, conducting recruitment training sessions, improving recruiter performance, and ensuring hiring quality standards.
Location : chennai
Fulltime and partime.
Key Responsibilities:
Train recruiters on end-to-end recruitment process
Conduct onboarding and recruitment workshops
Provide training on sourcing, interviewing, and ATS tools
Monitor recruiter performance and identify skill gaps.
Prepare training materials and recruitment SOPs
Conduct mock interviews and role-play sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
